Hello,
The Medicaid and CHIP Child and Adult Core Set 2021 Annual Review Workgroup is seeking public comment on their draft report: Recommendations for Improving the Core Sets of Health Care Quality Measures for Medicaid and CHIP: Summary of a Multi-Stakeholder Review of the 2021 Child and Adult Core Sets.
The report includes a summary of the Workgroup’s recommendations to add the Prenatal Immunization Status (PRS) to the 2021 Core Set and to NOT remove the Flu Vaccinations for Adults (FVA-AD) measure. The Workgroup has not recommended the addition of the Adult Immunization Status (AIS) measure to the Core Set but summarizes conversation around future considerations for advancing this measure in the report. The report is available here.
