Are you involved in keeping vaccine code sets in sync and up to date?
Accurate and complete immunization records are critical to ensure the health and safety of individuals and communities. To this end, we are collecting feedback on immunization code sets to help improve the timeliness and uptake of new vaccine codes.
To achieve this goal, the Immunization Integration Program created the IIP Vaccine-Related Code Sets Data Collection Tool to identify gaps and areas for improvement and to better understand the process of updating immunization-related coded values in your data systems.
Your responses will be kept anonymous, shared with the CDC Code Set team, and used to inform a vaccine-related code set landscape analysis and recommendations. The survey will be open from May 1 to June 9, 2023. To access the data collection tool, visit https://redcap.link/vcodesets. We anticipate that completing the survey will take less than 30 minutes. A PDF download with the questions is available for review before submission.
