To provide specialized technical support for the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of integrated polio eradication, immunization and vaccine-preventable disease activities. The incumbent applies WHO policies and guidance to strengthen equitable immunization services, surveillance, outbreak preparedness and response, disease-control, elimination and eradication activities, and evidence-informed programme improvement.
