Join PATH and our partners for an engaging webinar that provides practical guidance on sustaining and scaling effective immunization strategies in low-resource and fragile settings.

As countries navigate reduced development assistance and increasing pressure on domestic health budgets, immunization programs are facing difficult trade-offs. Expanded Programme on Immunization teams and partners must determine what to maintain, scale, or adapt when resources are limited—and what could erode when funding or leadership shifts.

The RISP Learning Consortium was established to address this challenge by consolidating evidence across nine countries: Afghanistan, Central African Republic (CAR), Chad, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Niger, Pakistan, Somalia, South Sudan, and Syria.

Webinar speakers will highlight lessons on what worked, what didn’t, and why across service delivery design, multi-partner ecosystems, governance and co-financing, and data system innovations—giving participants practical insights for decision-making in their own contexts.

Speakers:

  • Katie Stahley, Gates Foundation
  • Saira Nawaz, PATH
  • Zahid Memon, Aga Khan University, Pakistan
  • Bahman Shahi, Acasus, Afghanistan
  • Cyprien Tendo-Bugondo, PATH, DRC
  • Sophie La Vincente, Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance
