The outbreak has also spread beyond the DRC, with cases reported in Uganda, France, Kenya and Nigeria, underscoring the growing risk of cross-border transmission and the need for coordinated preparedness. While the outbreak remains a major public health challenge, important advances are being made, including the launch of clinical trials for therapeutics and vaccine candidates. This EPI-WIN webinar will provide the latest situation update, share response achievements and challenges and operational priorities, and highlight actions to strengthen readiness at global, regional and country levels.
