People that Deliver Initiative will be hosting the second international conference on HR for SCM in Copenhagen, Oct. 28-30. The conference will--
o Present evidence and experiences regarding innovation and best practices for human resources (HR) in health supply chains.
o Promote the South to South exchange of knowledge to practice regarding HR resources in health supply chains, using evidence from country case studies.
o Encourage inter-agency and international collaboration regarding a focus on HR in health supply chains.
o Challenge participants to formulate the next steps required for further sustainable action regarding HR in SCM, within country specific contexts.
o Learn from the private sector regarding their approaches to HR for SCM.
