Dear Community,


We are pleased to invite you to a collaborative webinar hosted by  UNICEF (Supply Chain Strengthening Centre (SCSC), UNICEF Supply Division, and the Immunization Supply Chain, Programme Group) in partnership with the ISC2 CoP. This session will provide UNICEF Country Office staff with valuable insights into Gavi's holistic approach to supply chain digitalization and data visibility/use, aimed at empowering national government systems.


 


This webinar will equip UNICEF Country Offices with the knowledge to leverage funding from Gavi and other donors to support national digitalization initiatives, beyond eLMIS. Participants will explore essential resources and strategic frameworks to strengthen national supply chain systems and advance digital transformation goals.

The agenda will cover the following topics:


 



  • Introduction to National Government Supply Chain Digitalization

  • Overview of TRVST (Traceability and Verification System)

  • Thrive 360 / Data Control Tower

  • Gavi’s Supply Chain Digitalization, Data Visibility, and Utilization

  • Q&A and Open Discussion
