Register for the webinar here

Dear TechNet members,

UNICEF's Vaccine Procurement Practitioners Network (VPPN) will conclude its series on the theme of market intelligence with a third and final webinar that will take place on Thursday, 5 December 2024, from 1pm to 2pm GMT+1, in English, Russian and French, and to which you are most welcome.

This webinar will focus on how market intelligence can help with understanding vaccine markets to inform a procurement strategy, through one presentation and two case studies highlighting product switches.

Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health's Molly Sauer will start by explaining how to use market intelligence to inform procurement decisions, including what considerations to take when changing the procurement strategy, what steps allow the decision to be made and what stakeholders should be involved. Then, Aleksandra Grozdanova, President of the North Macedonian National Committee for immunization, will present the current switch to the nine-valent HPV vaccine in North Macedonia, while Tursunova Diloram Alimovna, Head of the Uzbek Department of Vaccine Logistics and Immunoprophylaxis, will talk about the switch to the liquid Rota vaccine in Uzbekistan.

To take part in the webinar, you need to register here. Please, note that registration is compulsory.
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the Zoom link to the webinar.

What market intelligence resources do YOU use for your procurement decisions? Are you familiar with UNICEF's Vaccine Market Dashboard? Of the information presented in the dashboard (products, prices, deliveries, approvals), which one do you find most relevant, and are there any additional features that would make it more useful for you?

We would like to hear more from you! So please, do share with us your feedback to the above questions or any other question or challenge you might face. A 15-minute Q&A session will be included in the webinar, and our panellists and experts will be happy to answer you with their experience and insight.

You can access all resources from the previous webinars in the series, including our Q&A document "How to leverage market intelligence for your vaccine procurement strategy – Discussion with Estonia, Georgia, North Macedonia and Uzbekistan", by clicking the following links:

We are looking forward to welcoming you during this event. And in the meantime, you can reach me, through the platform or by email at [email protected], for any request or question you might have.

Kind regards,

Dyuti
