Let's bring HEALTH into the PUBLIC HEALTH movement!
Every day we will have a well-being instructor, Sirichai Sirisatkun, to guide us through simple yoga movements combined with Tai-chi exercise.
20 minutes is all you need!
The sessions are scheduled as follows:
Monday: 11:30 am
Tuesday - Thursday: 3:30 pm
Friday: 10:30 am
We'll meet at in the main plenary room.
No special clothes required.
