Dear colleagues,
In coordination with colleagues from UNICEF and Gavi, I have drafted a document that answers some important and sometimes controversial questions concerning EVM assessment governance:
When can an EVM assessment be validated?
How are EVM assessments validated?
How long is an EVM assessment valid for?
How are validated EVM assessment scores shared with partners?
The goal of addressing these topics is to ensure the accuracy of assessment data and the reliability and transparency of the process that is followed. I would be very interested to hear your thoughts on this, particularly in relation to the rules around number of exclusions, swaps and completion rate.
