A new release for the website is available with the following changes/improvements:
Programme Questionnaire
- The Programme Questionnaire will no longer appear on the list of questionnaires to assign
- It is no longer possible to mark the questionnaire as completed if none questions has been answered
Units and Locations
- The export and import features now use a more easily manageable template
- It is now possible to configure the GPS Location of a location by clicking on a map or by defining the latitude and longitude
- Location's facility code max length has been increased to 20 (was 10)
Assessment
- Creating an assessment without every Category and Criterion selected will no longer cause an error
- Links on the left side are now working as expected:
+ You can navigate between steps if the assessment is still in preparation
+ If already created you can only see the Review step
- When all questionnaires have been marked as Completed, the assessment will also change it's state to Completed
Help section
- The help section is now available for editing / reading:
+ If the user is a global admin he will see the page as editable (Richtext / Html editor)
+ If the user is not a global admin he will see the page as read only
Score Map
- The score map feature should now be working as expected:
+ Different locations will show in different map markers filtered by the filter conditions
+ Hovering a location will show its score
+ Clicking the location will redirect the user to the heat map page for that assessment / location

Thanks for the update. We have seen that most of the comments/feedback have been updated. However, we also request to address the following comments/feedback, if appropriate.
SP level:
1. L2, Q 16: In Bhutan, cold room is available only in the PR and SN levels. So, in addition to “Yes” and “No” options, we suggest to add “Not applicable” option also.
2. L4, Q3 Guidance needed for estimating 1) Safety stock for dry goods and 2) Maximum stock for dry goods.
3. L7.1: Q 15. We thought “knowing that immunization services were not disrupted” when a staff is on leave is important. So, instead of “How many days leave did you have last year” we suggest, “was there an arrangement to carry out routine immunization function in your absence?
4. L 12. 2, for Q 7, in addition to “Yes” and “No” options, we suggest to add “Not applicable”.
For waste management, the section could be only L12, and not L12.1, L12.2, etc. This could be followed by numbers 1, 2, 3, etc. for each question.
5. L15.2 to L15.4 missing, so suggest to bring them back with addition of LogTag in the options.
6. L16.1, Q10, “Gross storage capacity” and Q11 “net storage capacity”, when any figure is entered, only figure “1” remains.
7. L16.2 Suggest to modify the question like “Is the storage capacity for dry goods adequate? “Yes” or “No” options.
8. L17.1 is missing.
9. L17.2, Q5, “Have any of the syringes in the safety box been recapped”? Syringes and needles disposed into the safety box cannot be visible as the hole is too small. Suggest to rephrase the question to “Do you recap the needles before disposal?” Or keep provision to observe “health worker’s practice” if an immunization session going on.
10. L17.4, Q4 Suggest to rephrase this question to “Is the health worker following appropriate steps to discard the used vials/ampoules”? Used ampoules are discarded into the sharp box immediately after use, but vials are collected in a separate container and disposed at the end of the day/week.
11. L23, Questions on “Stock management performance” does not appear. These questions are required.
12. L28.1, “Income and expenditure” is not applicable for SP in Bhutan. Suggest to delete. If deletion is not appropriate, suggest to add “Not applicable” in addition to “Yes” and “No” options.
13. L29, Questions on cold chain equipment functionality needed.
LD Level:
1. The following questions are repeated:
a. L6Q 1-3 and L7 Q 1-3,
b. L6 Q7 and L7 Q9
c. L6 Q6 and L7 Q7.
So, we suggest to delete L7 Q 1-3, L7 Q9 and L7 Q7. If possible, suggest programming for automatic update of L7 Q 1-3 when L6Q 1-3 is filled.
2. L8.1- Q2, Definition of active and passive air conditioner needed in guidance note.
3. L9.2, Q12 “are refrigerated vehicles used to transport vaccine to or from this facility”. Suggest to separate the questions “to” and “from” or add an option as “Not application”. In Bhutan, refrigerated vehicles are used to transport vaccines to LD but not from LD.
4. L20.3 now appears inside L20, but L20.1 and L20.2 are outside after L20, needs rearrangement.
5. L22.1.3, Clarification needed on whether “safety stock level” is same as “minimum stock level” in guidance note.
6. L24.3, Q3 and Q4, definition of “single distribution route” needed in guidance note.
7. L24.3 Q8 “In Bhutan, staff at LD level do not go for distribution, but staff from SP come for collection”.
8. L29.2, Q6, suggest to add options “Yes” or “No” before the scores are selected.
9. L29.2, Q10, suggest options to include “insulated containers”.
10. L31.2, Q1. In addition to “Yes” and “No”, suggest “Not applicable” option also.
11. L34 Q1 “Loading refrigerated vehicle” is not applicable for LD in Bhutan. Suggest “Not applicable” option as well.
12. L36.4 under “injection practice”. Suggest to add the following for observation if immunization session is going on: For vaccine given through different routes, correct technique is followed or not, e.g. intradermal for BCG, SC for MMR or IM for DTP. If immunization session is not happening, ask the health worker if he/she knows the correct technique.
SN Level
1. Questions for L14.4 “Temperature monitoring devices in Cold/freezer room” do not appear. Questions are needed here.
2. L14.5, under Cold room or freezer rooms, questions do not appear for L14.5.1-L14.5.5 regarding Storage, Stock management, vaccine quality, return vaccine questions do not appear. Questions are needed here.
3. L20.1 Question for Computerized temperature monitoring system do not appear. These questions are needed here.
4. Under L21.2, Cold Chain Equipment maintenance, questions do not appear. Questions are needed here.
5. L22.3.2 Content records, questions do not appear, need these questions here.
PR Level
1. L19.4.3, Q1 question has been deleted. This question is important and suggest bringing it back.
2. L14.3 and L14.5: Questions on “Temperature monitoring of Cold/freezer room” missing.
3. L15.1 Q 6 under Refrigerators and freezers, “Reference in the national cold chain equipment list”, definition for “reference” needed in guidance note.
4. L20.1.1 and L20.1.2, Questions have been deleted. Questions are important and suggest to bring back.
