Problems signing in to EVM website
Resolved Locked Unanswered

Dear all, I've been informed that due to security concerns, the WHO IT department have just disabled external authentication to the EVM1 and EVM2 websites. This means that unless you have a WHO email account you will not be able to log in to either the EVM1 or EVM2 websites, or download or upload assigned questionnaires in the EVM app.

We are working with the WHO IT team on resolving this and hope to have the problem fixed within the next few days. Apologies for any inconvenience. Unfortunately we were not given any advance warning on this.

Update: we now resolved the problem with logging in to the EVM website if you do not have a WHO email.

Solution: If you already have an EVM2 account, you should shortly be receiving an automated email from WHO entitled "New registration for EVM2". Before you can log in to the EVM2 website, you will need to validate your account by clicking the link in the email. Please look out for the email - if you haven't received anything within the next hour please check your junk email folder.

Best regards, Dan

Unfortunately some users are reporting problems validating their accounts after clicking the link in the email. After trying to log in, an error message is displayed ("Oops"). We are working on resolving the problem. Apologies for the inconvenience!

Hi Abdirashid, I am not sure if/when any assessor training will take place in your region, but if you want to increase your knowledge of EVM2 as both assessor and manager, you should start with the training resources on this page:

https://www.technet-21.org/en/topics/evm

The videos are available in various languages. Unfortunately the Assessor Guide and the Manager Guide are only available in English and French at present, and the training modules are only available in English.

Please send an email to [email protected] to request access to the EVM2 website. If you haven't already done so, you should also download the "EVM Assessor" app onto your phone/tablet. Once you have an EVM account, you can create your own EVM assessment for any number of facilities.
