Hi everyone,
Just informing you that we are preparing a measle-rubella post-campagn survey in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) following the introduction of the MR vaccine targeting kids aged 6 months to 14 years olds. We will use GIS approached for sampling.
I will be more then hapy to hear from other experience with MR surveys.

Nice to hear that you are conducting Post MR campaign coverage survey. These are expensive activities and need special attention and effort to conduct in quality and in impactful way. We have conducted similar surveys in Pakistan since 2018, completed with final report of recent survey for the MR campaign sone in Nov 2025 and using WHO coverage survey manual. Sampling is very important to minimise the uncertainty but non sampling errors control is also equally important and can be minimised by quality tools, trainings, monitoring and timely corrective actions.
