Originally launched in 2018, TSS has evolved to reflect the growing role of eLMIS within a connected digital ecosystem that links supply chain and health delivery services. The 2023 update strengthened integration and specificity.
Version 3 (2025) takes this further—refining requirements to improve usability for countries and software providers when developing roadmaps and RFPs. It delivers clear, process-driven standards aligned with the broader digital health architecture.
