Gavi 6.0 Funding Guidelines
The Gavi 6.0 Funding Guidelines provide comprehensive, practical guidance on what support is available, how it can be accessed, and how countries can plan holistically across vaccines, cash, and other support modalities. They include:
- An overview of Gavi 6.0 support and what’s new, including the move to:
- One country application
- One consolidated vaccine budget
- One consolidated cash budget
- Detailed guidance on planned support, covering:
- Vaccine support (routine, introductions, campaigns, and optimisation)
- Cash support for health systems, delivery, campaigns, cold chain, and technical assistance
- Diagnostic support for selected vaccine-preventable diseases
- Co-financing and country joint investment requirements across all transition phases
- Catalytic phase support, including new vaccine introductions and optimisation
- Emergency support, outbreak response and mechanisms for unforeseen needs
- Grant monitoring and accountability, including the new Grant Accountability Framework
