Poster on National Logistics Working Groups
This poster presents the concept of National Logistics Working Groups (NLWGs) and the rationale for establishing and reinforcing this coordination and leadership group at country level; These Groups might be named differently from one country to another, however, they are part of the Ministry of Health (MoH)’s process of strengthening immunization supply chains with the objective of continuous improvement in vaccines & immunization commodities availability, vaccine potency, and supply chain efficiency. The poster explains group’s mandate and functioning, and the type of support to be provided in accordance with NLWG levels of maturity and performance criteria.
