The questions in this document are intended to guide countries wishing to assess their progress in institutionalizing catch-up vaccination as part of the routine immunization programme and to identify areas of the health system that require further strengthening. The gaps and actions columns can then provide rationale for countries’ requests for TA support and future donor investments. The guide is adapted from and meant to complement the WHO Leave No One Behind guidance.
