Abstract Guidelines
- Languages: Prepare your abstract and poster in English. GVIRF will be conducted primarily in English, with simultaneous translation into Arabic and French in the plenary sessions.
- Title: Please submit the title exactly as you wish it to be presented in the program (maximum 20 words). Ensure that the title effectively conveys the primary message of your study.
- Authors: Include all contributing authors in your abstract submission. Indicate which author will be presenting the poster.
- Structure: Abstracts should contain the following sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
- Length: 250 to 500 words
Accepted applicants will be notified by email in February 2027. Preference will be given to early-career scientists from the region and representatives from vaccine manufacturers in developing countries. Presenting authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to prepare a poster. If your abstract is accepted, GVIRF will cover travel expenses, subject to WHO travel policies.
