WHO/UNICEF Vaccine Stock Management Tool (SMT)
The Vaccine Stock Management Tool (SMT) is a digital tool developed by WHO and UNICEF to support tracking, forecasting, and management of vaccine stock across supply chain levels. It supports day-to-day stock operations as well as aggregated visualization at store and national levels. The tool can be used online or offline, making it suitable for settings with limited connectivity. SMT can support countries in adjusting forecasting and resupply practices during the MCV 5-dose transition.
