The primary objective of this document is to guide countries and Gavi partners in effectively implementing CCE data interoperability patterns to support key use cases in logistics, maintenance, and inventory management. Specifically, this document aims to assist with:
1. Understanding the benefits of CCE interoperability within the broader supply chain digital ecosystem
2. Evaluating various frameworks for achieving CCE data interoperability with eLMIS and other national information systems
3.Developing country-level projects focused on implementing CCE data interoperability
4. Identifying essential activities to sustain data capture and reporting, enabling comprehensive analysis and informed cold chain management
5. Selecting suitable Gavi funding levers and budget categories for planning and proposals development
This document is intended as a practical guide rather than a technical manual. It serves as an initial reference to assist stakeholders in scoping and planning CCE data interoperability projects. Supplementary links are provided throughout for additional information and guidance.
