NEW 💡: Begin your pathway of being a Boost Champion with Storytelling for Change! The Boost Community, in partnership with People Power Health, will offer this 5-week flexible virtual training (via mobile phone) course, starting Monday, March 20th.
Grounded in the practice of social movements and activism, Storytelling for Change provides an opportunity to learn new skills within a small cohort that generate public emotion, values and action.
For this next cohort, we have two tracks you can choose from:
- LIVE Track: Boost will select a cohort of 25-30 individuals, who will follow along the virtual course for five weeks with the guidance of a seasoned Storytelling expert and support from peers. Individuals in this select cohort will be expected to attend weekly live sessions, complete weekly assignments and present their final narrative. Individuals who attend all live sessions and complete all assignments will be eligible for a Certificate of Achievement.
- SELF-PACED Track: For those who are short on time, this track may be a better fit for you. Individuals who apply to this track will be granted access to the course via the mobile app, EdApp, on March 20 for seven weeks. Each week, Boost will release one module to course participants. Besides full completion of each module, participants will be asked to submit one final assignment to earn a Certificate of Completion.
This introductory course is open to all immunization and other health care professionals - no experience in storytelling required! Deadline to apply is Wednesday, March 15.

Fondé sur la pratique des mouvements sociaux et de l'activisme, Storytelling for Change offre l'opportunité d'acquérir de nouvelles compétences au sein d'une petite cohorte qui génèrent des émotions, des valeurs et des actions publiques.
Pour cette prochaine cohorte, nous avons deux pistes parmi lesquelles vous pouvez choisir :
- Pour la voie EN DIRECT: Boost sélectionnera une cohorte de 25 à 30 personnes, qui suivront le cours virtuel pendant cinq semaines avec les conseils d'un expert chevronné en narration et le soutien de leurs pairs. Les personnes de cette cohorte sélectionnée devront assister à des séances hebdomadaires en direct, effectuer des travaux hebdomadaires et présenter leur récit final. Les personnes qui assistent à toutes les séances en direct et terminent tous les travaux seront admissibles à un certificat de réussite.
- Piste À RYTHME AUTONOME: Pour ceux qui manquent de temps, cette piste peut vous convenir mieux. Les personnes qui postulent à cette piste auront accès au cours via l'application mobile, EdApp, le 20 mars pendant sept semaines. Chaque semaine, Boost publiera un module pour les participants au cours. Outre l'achèvement complet de chaque module, les participants seront invités à soumettre un travail final pour obtenir un certificat d'achèvement.
Ce cours d'introduction est ouvert à tous les professionnels de la vaccination et autres professionnels de la santé - aucune expérience en narration n'est requise! La date limite pour postuler est le mercredi 15 mars.
