Thank you Akhil for this nice document for the cold chain handlers. The formats in the annexure are useful checklists to conduct daily/weekly preventive maintenance of different CCE. Now that, when a sub-national or district store periodically reports about their equipment maintenace & repair record to a higher level (e.g. state or national) do they use any other template? The higher level health managers can use such reports to analyze preventive maintenance pattern in particular store, identify any particular equipment requiring frequent repair, identify spare parts of high demand, forecast for spare parts & replacement of equipment etc.

In order to help Precious, could any one of you upload them again here or in our new CCE section https://www.technet-21.org/en/pqs-cce? This new area will provide an as exhaustive as possible amount of information related to cold chain equipment.

Awesome, thanks a lot Gaël, hope these documents will help Precious and other supply chain experts. I'll post them in the CCE section and we'll develop a "how to" after we have added more tools, docs, etc. so that all users can add relevant documents and find what they need for their professional use.

Yes, we used few specimens of CCE inventory and maintenance recording tool in iSCM e-course on "CCE repair and maintenance" developed in 2017 available in AGORA, UNICEF.
