World Immunization Week 2025 officially launched a few days ago under the theme, ‘Immunization for All is Humanly Possible’, aiming to ensure even more children, adolescents, adults – and their communities – are protected against vaccine-preventable diseases. A few regions will also mark their celebrations between 27 April – 3 May.
This campaign calls on:
1. Parents and communities to vaccinate themselves and their children;
2. Governments to invest in strengthening immunization services at local and national levels to ensure all children are protected;
3. Health workers to promote the power of immunizations.
