During this webinar, Liberia will share the lessons they have learned in the process of developing a strategic plan to develop the national health information system. The presenter will describe the process leading to the development of the Liberian HIS strategic plan and give a synopsis of the plan. He will further highlight the key lessons learned that need to be taken into consideration when one is developing a strategic plan of this nature. Consequently, this webinar should be of interest to both technical and non-technical personnel with an interest in planning for national health information systems.
