Eliminate Yellow Fever Strategy - laboratory information (EYE LABS)

Welcome to the EYE-LABS website!

EYE-LABS is a platform where all activities and resources linked to World Health Organization (WHO)-coordinated yellow fever (YF) testing laboratory activities are posted as part of the overarching Eliminate Yellow Fever Epidemics (EYE) strategy.

The purpose of the EYE LABS pages is to provide a single area for the general public, external partners, and members of the Global Yellow Fever Laboratory Network (GYFLaN) to access laboratory information relevant to YF diagnostic testing in African and Eastern Mediterranean regions, and the region of the Americas.

Using the EYE LABS menu you can find publicly-available comprehensive information on the mission of the Eliminate Yellow Fever Epidemics (EYE)-Laboratory Technical Working Group (LTWG), information about YF and the virus that causes it, and current outbreak news. EYE LABS contains links to guidance documents, the Yellow Fever Laboratory Manual, training resources, laboratory quality information and much more can be found in these pages. The GYFLaN page introduces the structure, activities and coordination of the GYFLaN. Members-only pages for communication of network activities among GYFLaN members and EYE-LTWG members, both require specific login credentials.  We recommend citing this website for resources found herein.

We hope you find the EYE LABS pages useful. The EYE LABS website is dynamic and actively monitored, so please This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. if you have additional ideas for inclusion.
