Mozambique Case Study: Maturing the Annual Forecasting Process
This case study documents the collaborative process of developing, reviewing, and revising a country’s annual forecast. It draws technical guidance from UNICEF’s Immunization Forecasting and Supply Planning Toolbox, as well as best practices for forecasting from other health areas, including learnings from recent supply planning improvement activities.
