Guidance on an adapted evidence to recommendation process for National Immunization Technical Advisory Groups
This guidance describes a systematic approach called the “Evidence to Recommendation Process” (henceforth called “EtRProcess”) for use by national immunization technical advisory groups (NITAGs). The process described is based on the EtR Process used by the WHO Strategic Advisory Groups of Experts on Immunization (SAGE) and other long-functioning NITAGs, but has been adapted to fit the level of maturity of recently established NITAGs, which often face limited human and financial resources.
