Health-Care facility Solar Electrification for Climate-Resilient and Environmentally Sustainable Health-Care Facilities
The objective of this guide is to provide a guidance document for use by UNICEF and governments that will help guide the planning, implementation and later operation of solar electrification systems in primary health-care facilities.
Acknowledging the initial success of the UNICEF solarization initiatives provides guidance to scale up solar photovoltaic (PV) electrification services in poorly or non-electrified health-care facilities to make a significant impact at the technological, environmental, business innovation and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) levels.
