Achieving polio eradication: a review of health communication evidence and lessons learned in India
Polio communication reviews at international, national and sub-national levels have supported improvements in the collection, analysis and use of data, contributed to a consensus building process about communication interventions and inclusion of communication expertise in some of the polio technical advisory groups. These reviews provide useful spaces to step back periodically to review the communication programmes and develop recommendations to further strengthen polio communication work.
