Electronic immunization registries: Progress in the Region of the Americas - TechNet Conference 2023
The aim is to present the progress of the Region of the Americas regarding the implementation of Electronic Immunization Registries. The EIR are computerized nominal records and are part of the immunization information system; the vaccination of each person is identified and facilitate active follow-up, supporting the planning of those who should be vaccinated and monitoring the non-attendees.
