What do we know about global vaccine wastage rates? - TechNet Conference 2023
The World Health Organization reports over 50% vaccine wastage around the world (WHO, 2005) but there is insufficient empirical evidence to confirm or refute this claim. We will present the initial findings from two
separate studies on this topic. The first measures global vaccine wastage rates using JRF and MI4A data, while the second measures nOPV2 campaign wastage rates.
