Zero-Dose Learning Agenda (ZDLA): Synthesis of findings from learn-by-doing (LxD) implementation in high-burden zero-dose subnational locations in six countries
This report offers a synthesis of key findings from the Gates Foundation's Zero-Dose Learning Agenda (ZDLA), with a focus on learn-by-doing (LxD) implementation that took place in 26 subnational sites in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Pakistan, India, and Kenya from 2023-2025.
Findings primarily focus on 1) technical insights from ZDLA implementation; and 2) how LxD approaches were used to strengthen zero-dose driver identification, intervention co-design, and intervention implementation and ongoing adaptation. Key findings on costing and gender intentionality are also included.
