MCV 5-dose National Impact Assessment Tool
EPI teams and partners can use this tool to assess the potential impact of a switch from the 10-dose measles/MR vaccine vial presentation to the 5-dose presentation. This includes changes in wastage, MCV1 and MCV2 coverage, program cost, and required cold storage capacity.
To use the tool, select the country name and input country details (co-financing status, baseline coverage estimates, wastage rate, etc.) on the Input tab. Then navigate to the Results and Impact sheets to assess the potential impact of the switch.
