| Content | Includes an inventory of health equity tools to assist people working in public health understand the growing number of resources available. The 2016 inventory includes 112 tools, an update of the 2013 iteration that comprised 36 resources. The inventory has been organized into nine major categories reflecting broad areas of application, with an appendix that includes a list of practical and theoretical criteria to consider when determining if the tool is useful for the user. Major topic areas include health service access and community engagement. |
