Health systems in low- and middle-income countries are facing the urgent pressure of the COVID-19 pandemic. Health supply chain workers are essential - ensuring continuity of care as well as the availability of critical medical supplies. As global supply chains are disrupted and delayed by this pandemic, health supply chain workers risk being overlooked and ignored. Proper working conditions, including psychosocial support, must be made available to these workers. Now more than ever, enhanced coordination is needed at the global and country levels to pool resources, avoid duplication of efforts, and, above all, address the needs of the workers whose skills and commitment keep supply chains functioning.
Join us for a webinar co-hosted by Chemonics International and People that Deliver that will bring together health supply chain professionals from the public and private sectors to share insights and experiences on how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected their supply chain operations. The speakers will share practical resources, tools, and guidance utilized by their own organizations to ensure their supply chain workforce is safe, protected, and supported.
