Vaccine Pricing: Gavi Fully Self-financing & Accelerated Transition Countries (Nov. 2018 Update)

This GAVI document, released in November 2018, intends to address questions that procurement officials and immunisation stakeholders (within Ministry of Health and Ministry of Finance, among others) may have about vaccine pricing in countries that are transitioning or have transitioned out of Gavi support. In particular, the document aims to provide information on public sector vaccine prices that can assist Gavi-transitioning countries’ financial planners in establishing appropriate budgets when countries assume full self-financing of previously Gavi-supported vaccines.
