Event Description:	One hundred years ago, infectious diseases were the leading cause of death worldwide. In Canada, they now cause less than 5% of all deaths – largely thanks to vaccines. From December 6-8, 2016, stakeholders who contribute to Canada’s vaccination system will gather at the 2016 Canadian Immunization Conference (CIC 2016) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada to demonstrate their commitment to immunization as an important public health measure.
