Does your state allow out-of-state schools to have access to your IIS? If yes, does the user at the out-of-state school have to be a nurse? If you do allow out-of-state schools to have access to your IIS, please send a copy of your IIS law, legal opinion, or justification as to why this is allowed.

Does your state conduct text reminder/recall for immunizations using your IIS? If yes, do you require that people opt-in for texting? How do you obtain that consent? If people have to opt-out of texting, please send a copy of your IIS law, legal opinion, or justification as to why you can text using your IIS.
